Define datum locations, locating points and the features your fixture must check. Include the mating components and the inspection or assembly sequence.
Quotation preparation
Bring the details that define your part.
Prepare a 3D CAD model and dimensioned drawing where available. Identify units, part number and revision. If the design is incomplete, explain which decisions remain open.

Confirm the complete scope

Where useful, agree a prototype or sample review stage before authorizing a repeat batch. Any revision change should be approved with its cost and schedule impact.

How should I start a manifold enquiry?
Send the port geometry, available space, intended fluid and the test question. Specify any pressure, temperature, cleaning and leak-test requirements. Confirm the manufacturing route and included tests during quotation review.
What information confirms price and delivery?
Your approved geometry, material, quantity, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements form the quotation scope. Share a target date and destination early; the final price and schedule are confirmed in writing after review.
How should I share confidential drawings?
