Who we are

Your application
sets the brief.

NEXFORGE AM is the manufacturing-services brand of GROCERYSTORE CO., LIMITED.

A prototype should help you answer a practical question: does it fit, can it be assembled, or is the design ready for its next test? Our project approach starts with that question, then defines the geometry, material, manufacturing route and evidence needed for review.

Use one project brief to discuss additive manufacturing, machining, finishing and inspection requirements. The written quotation identifies which operations and deliverables are included.

What this means for you

A clearer route from drawing to delivery.

01 / APPLICATION REVIEW

Focus on the features that matter.

Identify mating interfaces, loads, temperature, clearances and the purpose of the prototype before choosing a manufacturing route.

02 / DEFINED SCOPE

Compare complete quotations.

Review material, quantity, post-processing, inspection and delivery together. Confirm exclusions before committing to an order.

03 / REVISION CONTROL

Make changes explicit.

Use a part number and approved drawing revision. Review the cost and schedule impact of a design change before releasing it.

04 / ACCEPTANCE PLANNING

Specify the evidence you need.

Define measured features, material records, report formats and any specialist tests as part of the agreed scope.

05 / SAMPLE APPROVAL

Plan the next development step.

Request a prototype or first-article stage. Establish what that sample must demonstrate before authorizing a repeat batch.

06 / ORDER CLARITY

Know what will be delivered.

Confirm part identification, packaging, documents, shipping responsibilities and the delivery plan in writing.

Application focus

Start with your development challenge.

Automotive prototypes

Intake and cooling manifold concepts, exhaust development parts, assembly jigs and inspection fixtures. Define flow, thermal, packaging or fit-check objectives in the brief.

Motorcycle customization

Instrument mounts, fairing-support prototypes, accessory mounts and fabrication jigs. Provide mounting geometry, clearances and vibration conditions for review.

Aerospace ground testing

Sensor fixtures, alignment tooling, instrument enclosures and thermal-test hardware. Specify ground-test conditions and the required acceptance records.

These are made-to-order development applications, not certified replacement parts. Road, race, flight or other safety-critical use requires application-specific engineering approval.

Quality and capability

Agree requirements.
Review the evidence.

Capabilities should be confirmed against the actual geometry, material and order requirements. Ask for the relevant material, inspection and supplier records during quotation review.

Machine capacity, certification scope and specialist testing are project-specific confirmations. Website illustrations do not establish equipment ownership or certification.
