Representative application concept. Your part is defined by its approved drawing and quotation.
Build your project brief

Make the application requirements clear.

01 / PROJECT REVIEW

Ports and mating interfaces

Provide connector locations, mating seals, bolt patterns and available space. Identify the dimensions needed to assemble the prototype.

02 / PROJECT REVIEW

Internal channels

Describe routing, access, cleaning and inspection requirements. Review enclosed features and removal of process residues before agreeing the route.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Test requirements

State the fluid, temperature, pressure and test objective where relevant. Include leak or other specialist testing only with defined methods and criteria.

Quotation preparation

Bring the details that define your part.

Prepare a 3D CAD model and dimensioned drawing where available. Identify units, part number and revision. If the design is incomplete, explain which decisions remain open.

  • Port locations, seal interfaces and CAD revision
  • Packaging envelope and internal routing
  • Fluid, pressure and temperature requirements
  • Cleaning, leak testing and acceptance records

Confirm the complete scope

Review material, manufacturing route, finishing, inspection and documents together. Identify the included operations, exclusions, commercial terms and delivery assumptions in the written quotation.

Where useful, agree a prototype or sample review stage before authorizing a repeat batch. Any revision change should be approved with its cost and schedule impact.

Pressure or safety-critical use requires an application-specific validation and approval plan.

Project questions

Before you request a quotation.

Can internal channels be manufactured exactly as modeled?

Geometry and access need review. Support or powder removal, cleaning, machining and inspection can affect the proposed design. Confirm the accepted geometry and manufacturing route before release.

What information confirms price and delivery?

Your approved geometry, material, quantity, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements form the quotation scope. Share a target date and destination early; the final price and schedule are confirmed in writing after review.

How should I share confidential drawings?

Contact us first to agree confidentiality and an appropriate transfer method. Begin with a brief description of the application and the files you need to share.
