Representative application concept. Your part is defined by its approved drawing and quotation.
Build your project brief

Make the application requirements clear.

01 / PROJECT REVIEW

Instrument and accessory mounts

Provide the mounting pattern, fasteners, supported component and viewing or access requirements. Define the space needed for cables, connectors and steering movement.

02 / PROJECT REVIEW

Fairing-support concepts

Review the relationship between the bracket, mounting points and surrounding bodywork. Specify assembly access, clearances and the prototype’s review purpose.

03 / PROJECT REVIEW

Fabrication alignment aids

Prepare locating geometry, reference datums and the fabrication sequence. Define the components being held and how alignment will be checked.

Quotation preparation

Bring the details that define your part.

Prepare a 3D CAD model and dimensioned drawing where available. Identify units, part number and revision. If the design is incomplete, explain which decisions remain open.

  • Motorcycle platform and supported accessory
  • Fixing geometry, fastener sizes and mating components
  • Clearance, load and vibration requirements
  • Quantity, surface finish and prototype approval criteria

Confirm the complete scope

Review material, manufacturing route, finishing, inspection and documents together. Identify the included operations, exclusions, commercial terms and delivery assumptions in the written quotation.

Where useful, agree a prototype or sample review stage before authorizing a repeat batch. Any revision change should be approved with its cost and schedule impact.

Confirm durability and engineering suitability before road, race or other safety-critical installation.

Project questions

Before you request a quotation.

Can a catalogue image define my replacement bracket?

Use it as an application reference. Your part requires its own geometry, interfaces, material and acceptance requirements. Supply CAD or a drawing and identify which dimensions must match your assembly.

What information confirms price and delivery?

Your approved geometry, material, quantity, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements form the quotation scope. Share a target date and destination early; the final price and schedule are confirmed in writing after review.

How should I share confidential drawings?

Contact us first to agree confidentiality and an appropriate transfer method. Begin with a brief description of the application and the files you need to share.
