Review the whole route
Discuss material, geometry, supports, machining, finishing and inspection together. A change that helps one operation may affect another requirement.

Control the approved revision
Record proposed changes and obtain approval before release. Retain the same part number and revision across CAD, drawings, quotation and inspection plan.
Quotation preparation
Bring the details that define your part.
Prepare a 3D CAD model and dimensioned drawing where available. Identify units, part number and revision. If the design is incomplete, explain which decisions remain open.

Confirm the complete scope
Review material, manufacturing route, finishing, inspection and documents together. Identify the included operations, exclusions, commercial terms and delivery assumptions in the written quotation.
Where useful, agree a prototype or sample review stage before authorizing a repeat batch. Any revision change should be approved with its cost and schedule impact.
A manufacturing review does not replace application design validation or the responsible engineering approval.

Is design work automatically included in a manufacturing quote?
Explain whether you need file conversion, drawing preparation or design assistance. Scope, deliverables, responsibility and any cost for this work must be separately agreed.
What information confirms price and delivery?
Your approved geometry, material, quantity, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements form the quotation scope. Share a target date and destination early; the final price and schedule are confirmed in writing after review.
How should I share confidential drawings?
Contact us first to agree confidentiality and an appropriate transfer method. Begin with a brief description of the application and the files you need to share.
